WINNER SPOTLIGHT

Meet Angelica

Georgia

Angelica founded Super Science Kids, Inc. to foster a love of science in low-income and at-risk kids in her Georgia community. In the past five years, her organization has reached over 5,000 kids not just in Georgia, but around the world, through free STEM project kits, science station events, and partnering with science organizations for workshops and field trips. She has empowered kids who are refugees, who live in shelter, and on reservations to see a future in science.

IN ANGELICA’S OWN WORDS

“I provide kids with opportunities to build, explore and investigate. In this way, they realize the potential they have.”
