We’re proud of our winning Invisalign® ChangeMakers!
Congratulations to Addy Stuever Battel! Along with our nonprofit partner, The National 4-H Council, we’re rewarding 100 young leaders (ages 13-19) like Addy who have worked tirelessly to bring good to their communities. Each will receive $5,000 to help them continue their goodwill efforts.
After her town lost their only grocery store and became a food desert, Addy and a group of 4-H members banded together to feed their community. They founded Meating the Need for Our Village to provide the high-quality protein that the local food pantry could not. Raising chickens, pigs, and cows provided over 10,000 pounds of meat, 330 dozen eggs, 3,200 gallons of milk and much more to the vulnerable people in their community.
IN ADDY’S OWN WORDS
“Our organization values youth empowerment, human dignity, nutrition and local agriculture.”
